Dawgs the Isle - Session Report for 3/7/2026
7th of Highspring
- It is foggy.
- Recon of the stone men, there are 11 stone men sitting in the river (waist deep). The river is quite deep and wide, they are close to the shore. No reaction at 100 ft away. Suppose to pour a bucket of water on them so they don't they attack. Odela boasts that she will learn the secrets of the Stone Men. Dawgs decide to head to Blulach, we will investigate the Stone Men on the return trip.
- The party makes it to Blulach, we are let in. The competition happens every couple years. There is a aristocracy here, Lord Glas is descended of Norse-Men (Hwicce). Glas and his "cousins" are in charge. They hold this tournament as an excuse to kick other people's asses. The tournament brings in a bunch of people from other lands (mid-Isle warriors, Belgic woman, Warrior Aristocrats, Culmenwardern thegns).
- Ivan, Odela, and Foot 2Man go gambling, it goes poorly. During our carousing we end up in the "Other" city (some cthulhu-esque shit). We wake up with a terrible headache (-1 rolls for the rest of the day) and our purses lighter.
- Diago decided to robs the Lord Glas' Dead Mother's mausoleum for 500 silver!
- Osric decided to steal a coach by clocking the owner and taking off. Even hungover he manages to succeed. He is later is tracked down and captured. He either has to pay 60 sp or has to be imprisoned for 9 days.
- Odela finds out that if we get rid of the Stone Men the Bishop will pay 1,000 sp.
- Back in Killucan, Odela convinces Ultan to become a gargoyle. On the way there the Dawgs encounter 20 Oremen. We bravely run away, Foot 2Man takes a hit but keeps going. Ultan decides he doesn't want to die.
