Dawgs the Isle - Session Report for 3/28/2026
16th - 17th of Highspring
Angmar beats Ivan, Olga beats Foot 2Man, and Angmar beats Olga.
Foot 2Man wins 20 sp on the Angmar/Olga fight. For winning the Archery competition Foot 2Man is granted a finely carved bow with Norse carvings (it re-rolls 1s on damage) and 250 sp. When presented the bow by Lord Glas, Foot 2Man presents his greetings from Lord Donnagh of Dorbagh.
Lord Glas hosts a feast afterwards, Foot 2Man is positioned near the front.
Llwd fights Angmar after the competition as promised. Llwd uses Eyebiter. Angmar kills Llwd (as per the agreement of the fight). Foot 2Man inherits Eyebiter (Odela to inherit Eyebiter when Foot 2Man dies).
We dig up the treasure on the way out (400 hack silver). We spend 25 sp of it to buy Porugo a horse. Foot 2Man tries to attract a companion, Hrafnkel, but turns him away when he's to worried about sorcerers.
Killucan has been razed by Oremen when we return. The only survivor is one old man who kills himself by walking out to sea. We take Ultan back to Blulach (Daithi gives him 50 sp of his money).
We head North out of Blulach to the stone circle where we met the druids. There is a little man who he crawls out of the bushes and questions us. We keep going. There is a fog rising out of the moors.
We hear chanting and hooting (in Ruis). Odela, Porugo, and Foot 2Man ride out to investigate. A very small stilt village (dark and cold, not much fire). There is an unlit pyre and they are covered in blue woad swirls. We turn back and don't bother them further.
We camp and the night is quiet. The next day is warm and sunny (the village is if anything more unfriendly). We keep heading north along the coast. We see a stone cave but pass it by for now. The sea wind is biting and cold, its desolate with uneven and jagged terrain (like teeth). There are charms made of human bones hanging from them (centuries old, druidic and totemic). Foot 2Man is standing guard.
A very sharp rock thuds into the sand near Osric. The horses are nervous. There is a wild man who then vanishes into thin. Foot 2Man takes a net from Odela. Battle ensues. Porugo goes down in one hit but Odela applies bandages. Foot 2Man hits him with Eyebiter and manages to do non-lethal damage. We tie him up. We find a falcon hood, 400 sp, and a cruel looking knife.
We're going to taken the northern road through Cullenwarden to Dorbagh. At the edge of the fens we find a small village (a bunch of hovels). A man named Bith tells us we have to unhand him.
